Our long block engines have been completely gone through. All internal and external engine components are within JD specs. Engine has rebuilt heads, bored cylinders (if needed) or honed with new pistons and rings either way. New oil pump, governor, water pump and thermostat and upgraded steel cam gear. This engine fits 1993 and up. This engine is a perfect fit if the fd620d stamp is found below the oil filter on your model. Engine has been bench run to check thoroughly for oil pressure, cylinder pressure, and coolant leaks, and overall performance prior to shipping. Oil and coolants drained prior to shipping. Buyer must add oil and coolant before operation. Manifold not included unless requested due to year and model changes. No engines leave our shop unless proven to be a worthy replacement for your engine. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and not have to go through the replacement process, this is why our engines are bench run for quality purposes.
We use all OEM parts only.
Limited Warranty: 90 day warranty begins on delivery date. Parts and labor covered 0-30 days. 31-60 days half labor and half of parts cost. 61-90 days half the labor no parts cost. Warranty work must be done at our shop.
MUST have core return or a core deposit of $650 before engine ships. Core must be in rebuildable condition and the same model (fd620d). Before we ship our engine to buyer, we must have 1 of 2 things: 1. $650 deposit or 2. rebuildable fd620d core. Once we determine core condition, a refund of up to $650 will be sent to buyer. Amount of refund will be determined by usability of entire core. Seller pays shipping. Contact us with questions. Buyer pays shipping on core return.
